Yummy COOKIES :-)

Happy Friday!

Spring is in the air and now is the perfect time to bake some cookies!

I had the recipe on eBay last year. Sold a few of them and forgot about it till today. I was hungry for some cookies!

This recipe makes the most awesome cookies in the world! I used to make them for all the school events. And the kids loved them so much that I was always asked to bring them. "DARN" ... lol

Oh but with the kids off to college now I would give anything to make them for their classmates again!
(OK, no pity party)


They do freeze up nice! Can make heaps of cookies ahead of time and freeze some away. OR, just half the recipe and only make 50 this time!

OR, make some GIANT MONSTER COOKIES and only make about 25 .. The Red Hat ladies love them too!
that's what the queen mum told me anyhow!
